Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy:
• Develop, manage, and expand our Go-to-Market digital marketing strategy, establishing a compelling value proposition and brand positioning.
• Website editing and management, content strategy, lead capture, conversion processes, and website analytics for multiple Barrister digital platforms.
Creation and Design:
• Design and optimize Barrister WordPress digital footprint, including websites and various online properties.
• Create engaging visual content, including icons, videos, process graphics, infographics, and images for social media, campaigns, collateral, and sales materials.
Email Marketing and Lead Generation:
• Plan and execute targeted lead generation email campaigns using Pardot/Salesforce, focusing on list building, outreach strategy, personalization, and tracking.
• Develop standardized email templates for quotes, outreach, follow-ups, thank-you notes, and payment acknowledgments.
Social Media Management:
• Implement strategic social media campaigns on LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and increase followers.
• Utilize social media management tools and best practices for effective social media marketing.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Coordinate with outsourced resources, including freelancers and agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and project execution.
• Establish and maintain dashboards/metrics to track marketing efforts aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven 3-5 years’ experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
Technical Skills:
• Strong expertise in WordPress, including website management and updates.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Experience with Pardot in Salesforce for campaign creation is a plus.
• Capabilities in creating Landing Pages to support campaign efforts.
• Familiarity with SharePoint or other content management systems is advantageous.
• Experience with ZoomInfo and other industry research tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI tools to increase marketing efficiencies. (ex. Chat GPT & AI tools for design)
Digital Marketing Knowledge:
• Solid understanding of SEO, keyword, and content optimization best practices.
• Experience in creating and managing successful lead generation campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Expertise in Google Analytics/GA4 for website tracking and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with Account Based Marketing platforms.
• Experience in marketing ESG and CSR benefits and impact a plus.
Communication and Collaboration:
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
