WFH – PHP Developer (Laravel + WordPress)

Position : Laravel + WordPress Developer
Work Hours : Full-time, 40 hours/week/Preferably available during 11pm – 7am MNL
Holidays : Paid US and PH Regular Holidays (double pay on any time worked during either PH/US holidays)
Pay Range : $1500 – $2000/month (depending on interview assessment and client’s approval)

Company/Client Overview:

The company is a US-based web and mobile development agency. The client and his fully remote team bring years of development experience to their clients and aim to make the art of doing business frictionless.

Duties and Responsibilities:

? Work with the development team on solo or group-based tasks and projects
? Create and maintain technical solutions in a variety of contexts, like Laravel platforms, WordPress backends (like custom post types and plugins), WordPress frontend (like Elementor and Visual Composer)
? Respond to new feature requests and technical troubles as presented by clients
? Troubleshoot issues as they arise
? Write and maintain technical project documentation
? Be involved in understanding project/task requirements, and ask clarifying questions to ensure you have the answers you need
? Engage in testing your code locally and on dev
? Handle deployment and server-related tasks as needed

Minimum Requirements:

? 2-5+ years’ experience with Laravel and WordPress development, especially building/maintaining web applications.
? Laravel experience is required
? WordPress is highly preferred
? Strong HTML and CSS is a requirement.
? Mobile app development experience (especially with Flutter) is a bonus, but not a requirement
? Mac is a strong preference.
? Strong critical thinking and problem solving is a requirement.
? Strong written and verbal English is important. (Above Average Communication Skills)
? Client-facing is not a requirement.
? Portfolio of prior work is great: GitHub projects, code samples, etc. showing best work. (Required)
