Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our clients mission forward. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and introduce them to innovative solutions for building Sales Development programs that ensure real-world success with transparency and affordability.

Your Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential clients to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions.

Cultivate strong relationships with prospects, guiding them through our offerings and demonstrating the value we bring.

Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and achieve shared goals.

Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and effective.

The person who will be successful in this role would have:

A strong track record for exceeding sales quotas or metrics at past companies

Strong collaboration skills and hungry to learn new things

The ability to adapt and thrive in an ambiguous environment

Strong personable skills with the ability to connect with anyone they talk to

Qualifications

3+ years of inbound or outbound sales experience

2+ years of experience doing outbound email marketing

2+ years of experience using Salesforce, Hubspot, or other CRMs

1+ years of experience using lead generation software like

Strong verbal and written communication in English

Excellent time management skills with the flexibility to pivot as needed

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Available to work flexible hours throughout the week

Familiarity with Google Docs / Sheets / Calendar and Microsoft Word / Excel
