We are a leading driving test company in the UK, specializing in securing early driving test appointments for license holders. We are currently seeking two highly motivated individuals to join our team as WhatsApp Support Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our WhatsApp platform, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and assisting them with their driving test appointments. Extensive training will be provided over a one-month period, during which you will work closely with our manager to learn the intricacies of the job. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to be persuasive, polite, kind, and proactive are key qualities we are seeking in candidates.
Responsibilities:
Manage the company’s WhatsApp platform, responding promptly and effectively to client inquiries.
Provide excellent customer service by answering queries, addressing concerns, and offering appropriate solutions related to driving test appointments.
Utilize persuasive and empathetic communication skills to guide clients through the process and ensure their understanding of available options.
Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and update relevant information in the company’s database.
Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues and escalate cases when necessary.
Stay up-to-date with driving test regulations, policies, and procedures in the UK.
Attend and actively participate in a one-month training program led by the manager.
Take comprehensive notes during the training sessions and produce them when required.
Successfully pass an exam consisting of 50 questions, with a passing score of 43.
Requirements:
Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with exceptional communication skills.
Strong persuasive skills and the ability to guide and convince clients effectively.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy to handle client inquiries promptly.
Ability to work independently, make decisions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes and procedures.
Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
Working Hours and Compensation:
Available position : 1
Work Hours :
Monday to Friday – 6 PM – 12 MN UK Time
Saturday to Sunday: 12 PM – 12 AM UK time.
Compensation during training: $2.5 per hour.
Compensation after training: $3 per hour.
