Job Overview:
As a Web Hosting Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers. You will handle a variety of tasks, including troubleshooting, customer service, and server maintenance. This role requires a strong understanding of web hosting technologies, particularly in the areas of WHMCS, KVM VPS, and basic server management.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Provide prompt and efficient technical support to customers via email, live chat, and ticketing systems. Assist with account setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
WHMCS Management: Use WHMCS to manage customer accounts, billing inquiries, and support tickets. Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer requests.
KVM VPS Management: Assist customers with basic KVM VPS tasks using Virtualizor, including server reboots, resource allocation, and troubleshooting common issues.
Server Maintenance: Perform routine server maintenance tasks such as reboots, updates, and monitoring. Address server performance issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians.
Documentation: Create and update knowledge base articles and documentation to assist customers with common issues and procedures.
Customer Education: Educate customers on best practices for using our services and resolving common technical issues independently.
Qualifications:

Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of WHMCS, KVM VPS, and Virtualizor.
Server Management: Basic understanding of server management, including rebooting servers and monitoring server performance.
Customer Service: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a remote team. Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a web hosting support role is highly desirable.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in web hosting, server management, or customer support are a plus.
