Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Wholesale Cold Caller to find deals and make offers to property owners. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to build rapport quickly. As a Wholesale Cold Caller at High Conscious LLC, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential deals and expanding our property portfolio.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners to identify potential deals.
– Build rapport with property owners and assess their interest in selling.
– Gather property information and analyze its suitability for investment.
– Negotiate initial offers and follow up with property owners to close deals.
– Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and deals in our CRM system.
– Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth deal flow.
– Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values.
– Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and deal targets.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently.
– Basic understanding of real estate investment is a plus.

Pay:

– Part-time (4 hours daily)
– $5 an hour
– Starting at $400 monthly
– Periodic bonuses for significant deals closed
