Job Overview:
As a Wholesale Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and building relationships with offline retailers in the US, Canada, and Australia. Your primary goal will be to create a comprehensive list of potential retail partners who align with our brand’s ethos and product lines, particularly those focusing on plus-size fashion, modest fashion, and swimwear/surfer-specific attire. You will be responsible for initiating contact through targeted email campaigns, with the objective of establishing wholesale partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential retail partners in the US, Canada, and Australia, with a focus on stores that specialize in plus-size fashion, modest fashion, and swimwear/surfer-specific attire.
Develop and maintain a detailed database of prospective wholesale clients, including contact information, store profile, and relevant buyer details.
Craft and send personalized email outreach campaigns to potential retail partners, highlighting the benefits of stocking Calypsa products and the alignment with their store offerings.
Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to increase effectiveness.
Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the retail industry through follow-up communications.
Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation progress, including potential leads, response rates, and areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
Excellent research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for identifying potential business opportunities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
Proficient in CRM software and email marketing tools.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Knowledge of the fashion retail landscape, particularly in plus-size, modest, and swimwear categories, is highly advantageous.
