Job Description

TITLE ; Wholesale model Product Sourcing Run the department if you are up to it.

When you start, you will need to follow New York USA time
that would be 11pm your time to 7 am your time
This way you can be in touch with us as you are learning the job

Once you have mastered the job, you can switch to
3pm your time to 11 pm your time.
once you are good at the job, these hours would give
you a 2 hour overlap with New York Time.

And then you can move to regular daytime hours, your time.

8 hours a day 40 hours a week

We have had VA’s before and look forward to hiring
a new team of intelligent, sharp Rockstar VA’s,

Honesty and Integrity is paramount in this long distance relationship.
Since this is full time long term job we request that you only work for us.

If you have experience with the Amazon Store dashboard and all it’s functions that would be plus.

The job is getting new wholesale accounts
Emailing them to open an account
and fill out the forms

looking thru price lists
Product selection
Make listings on amazon

Updating our repricing program Aura

You should have good experience using the Keepa Charts
analyzing the data

This is not private label work, it is similar to retail arbitrage but is NOT that exactly to be clear.

A fast learner and self starter will keep you interested and not frustrated.
Attention to detail means you check your own work.

Excellent English speaking and communication skills will allow you
understand what is needed and prevent errors.

Rev Seller

You may have programs that you are more familiar with and we would be interested in looking at those for you to work with.

We also use
Microsoft office suite (word, excel)
We use Google Docs
We use Asana.

Attention to detail and a person who does not frustrate easily is important

Of course you need to have a dependable fast internet connection is needed since everything is on line.
Two monitors is absolutely required for proper productivity.
Two full size monitors and desktop computer (no laptops)

Detailed Responsibilities

Send a daily report through email, detailing completed and
ongoing tasks that you have done and .
Most important we need to know what you need help with.

The reason we need you on New York time is so that you can WhatsApp/email
and get questions answered right away.

There is lots to do around here, so when you complete your work
we would love to hear from you that you would like to help with other things.

Once you have mastered the basics of the job, you can switch to Philippine daytime
hours.

If you choose to switch to daytime hours,
we are located in the USA east coast, so there will be overlap time
where we can talk about projects,
answer questions, etc. that might be
easier than email to discuss

Since you are working full time,
It is important that the person we hire only works for us
You cannot work for anyone else.
This is not temporary job.

We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day
once I learn more about benefits I can talk to you about them.
Vacation and sick leave after 6 months.
we give raises once a year
and plan on giving the 13th month bonus

There is DEFINITELY an opportunity to help us manage new hires
I know that we will be hiring at least 4 more
Filipino VA’s in the near future.
