Wholesale Product Sourcing Specialist

We are committed to expanding our presence in the Amazon FBA program by sourcing and reselling high-profit products from reputable brands and distributors. To support our ambitious growth goals, we are seeking a Wholesale Product Sourcing Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be an integral part of our dedicated team of Virtual Assistants (VAs). Your primary responsibilities will include:

Active Wholesale Research: Proactively identifying potential wholesalers and suppliers through online research, industry directories, and other sources.

Outreach via Email and Telephone: Initiating contact with wholesalers, brands, and distributors through personalized email communications and telephone calls to negotiate favorable wholesale terms.

Analyzing Product Lists: Scouring through product lists provided by wholesalers to identify and select high-profit potential items.

Creating Profitable Product Database: Compiling a comprehensive spreadsheet of selected products for in-depth analysis by our Manager.

Utilizing Tools and Software: Proficiently using various software programs and tools to evaluate product viability, including:

Jungle Scout Pro Extension
DS Amazon QuickView
RevSeller

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Proven experience in active wholesale research and outreach, ideally in an eCommerce or wholesale environment.
Familiarity with the mentioned software programs is highly advantageous.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with wholesalers.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify profitable opportunities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective outreach and collaboration with wholesalers.
