We are a fast-growing real estate investment firm that specializes in wholesaling residential properties. Our mission is to help homeowners who need to sell their homes quickly and provide investors with a reliable source of profitable real estate deals. We are seeking a highly motivated Wholesale Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Wholesale Real Estate Acquisitions Manager will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing profitable real estate deals for our company. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with homeowners, agents, and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prospect for off-market properties and build relationships with homeowners, agents, and investors.
-Analyze properties to determine their market value and identify profitable deals.
-Negotiate and secure contracts with homeowners and investors.
-Manage and oversee the due diligence process, including inspections and appraisals.
-Work closely with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process.
-Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with all parties involved in the transaction.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, with a focus on wholesaling.
-Deep understanding of the real estate market and current trends.
-Strong sales and negotiation skills.
-Ability to build and maintain relationships with homeowners, agents, and investors.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proven track record of closing real estate deals.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay:
We offer a base salary of $500 USD per month plus a 2% commission on each deal you close.
