We are seeking a highly motivated Wholesale Real Estate Dispositions Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Wholesale Real Estate Dispositions Manager will be responsible for selling properties that our company has acquired through our wholesale process. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and agents.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute marketing plans to sell properties to investors and end-buyers.
-Negotiate and secure contracts with buyers and agents.
-Manage and oversee the closing process, including working with title companies, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction.
-Work closely with our acquisitions team to ensure properties are priced appropriately and marketed effectively.
-Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with all parties involved in the transaction.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate dispositions, with a focus on wholesaling.
-Deep understanding of the real estate market and current trends.
-Strong sales and negotiation skills.
-Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and agents.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proven track record of closing real estate deals.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Must have a valid real estate license.
Pay:
We have a base salary of $500 plus you will get 2% of every deal you close.
