We are a well-established and rapidly growing wholesale real estate investment firm looking for a highly motivated and experienced Acquisition Manager to join our team. As an Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and acquiring profitable real estate deals, building strong relationships with sellers, and ensuring the success of our investment portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential real estate deals through various channels, including MLS, off-market opportunities, auctions, and networking events.
Negotiation:
Engage with sellers, analyze property values, and negotiate the best possible terms to maximize profits and secure profitable deals for the company.
Deal Analysis:
Conduct thorough financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to evaluate the viability and potential risks of each investment opportunity.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, wholesalers, and other stakeholders to foster a robust network of deal sources.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with our investment team to align strategies, share market insights, and ensure seamless deal execution.

Requirements:
