Job Description

We are looking for a **Wholesaler General Administrative Assistant** to work on various admin tasks for our Real Estate Investing Business. You will be working directly with leads/clients you’re given, so an A+ level of English communication skills and high initiative is required. **ABOUT YOU**

**Responsibilities**

– Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls/messages/emails in a timely manner with Clients
– Identify Clients’ & Investors needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
– Be able to accurately calculate the buy at price using our formula and all other aspects including finders fee, repair costs, and closing costs
– Be able to negotiate deals with property owners
– Build sustainable relationships and engage Clients by taking the extra mile
– Keep records of all conversations in a comprehensible way
– Act as the point of contact for Clients/Investors
– Regular Check Ins with the Clients to check on status of a deal, keeping list of clients and status of each client’s deal
– Determine Optimal pricing of ARV
– Maintain contact lists and company databases
– Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
– Keep accurate records of all contracts
– Be able to draft a contract and have it signed for deal
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Research software options for company use
– Willingness to be assigned to other administrative tasks
– Research properties both on market and off market and contact owner/ listing agent
– Be able to Reassign The Contract To The End Buyer
– Market Your Contract To Cash Buyers

**Requirements**

– Previous experience in Real Estate Wholesaling
– Familiarity with ARV calculations and drafting contracts
– Proven experience as a Real Estate Administrative Assistant or Wholesaler Admin Assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
– Attention to detail and problem solving skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

**Technical Requirements**

– Dedicated workstation at home
– Noise-canceling headphone
– 20 MBPS minimum Internet connection
– Backup device and Internet in times of power outages
