### Job Description: Virtual Assistant for Lead Generation and Sales in Construction and Wholesale

**Position:** Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation and Sales

**Salary:** Hourly + Commission

VISION is a leading construction business specializing in home repair and renovation in New York City. We also operate as wholesalers, providing top-notch services and products to our clients. We are looking for a dedicated and driven Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us grow our client base through effective lead generation and sales.

**Responsibilities:**

– **Lead Generation & Cold Calling:**
– Make high-volume outbound calls to property managers and local residential housing prospects.
– Establish rapport, pitch our company’s services, and qualify leads.
– Identify potential clients through online platforms, social media, and property databases.

– **Sales Conversion:**
– Secure at least 8 sales per month for our construction business.
– Constantly make calls to secure wholesale leads, with a target of at least 1 confirmed lead per week.
– Earn commissions on top of your hourly salary for each sale or lead converted.

– **Customer Relationship Management (CRM):**
– Use CRM tools for client data management, interaction tracking, and follow-ups.

– **Real Estate Administrative Support:**
– Perform data entry, document preparation, email management, and calendar scheduling.

– **Market Research:**
– Conduct thorough research on real estate markets, trends, and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.

– **Communication & Negotiation:**
– Utilize strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and negotiation with clients and stakeholders.

**Skills Required:**

– Proficiency in cold calling and telemarketing with an expert ability to make high-volume outbound calls.
– Strong lead generation capabilities and experience identifying potential clients.
– Skilled in CRM software and tools for client data management and follow-ups.
– Experienced in real estate administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and email management.
– Excellent market research skills to stay informed about real estate trends and competitors.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement.

– Mojo Dialer, CallRail, HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, CallTools

– **Lead Generation Tools:**
– LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zillow, PropStream, RealScout

– **Communication & Collaboration:**
– Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)

– **Project Management:**
– Trello, Asana

– **Marketing & Outreach:**
– Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva

– **Skiptracing:**
– PeopleFinders, REIskip, PropStream, BeenVerified
