Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Cold Caller Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our real estate team. The primary responsibility of the role is to make outbound cold calls to realtors within the Texas real estate market. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to realtors for at least 5 hours a day, 5 days a week between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST time. You decide which hours per day, but must be consecutive.
Engage realtors in conversations to inquire about potential off-market opportunities.
Discuss property details including situation, location, timeframe, and pricing.
Thoroughly follow up on leads, gathering additional information and nurturing relationships.
Utilize effective negotiation skills to potentially secure favorable deals.
Requirements:
Experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably within the real estate industry
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with real estate terminology
Good internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to phone conversations
Proficiency in speaking English
Responsive communication to ensure timely updates
Compensation:
Starting with rate pay $4 per hour
Pay and hours are negotiable based on experience and performance
Two 15 minute paid breaks per day
Wages: $100 per week.
Commission: $250 per deal sold
