Wine Data Entry Specialist

To ensure that all those experiences flow smoothly, we need high-quality and analytical folks to make sure all our records, documents, and systems are set up for success.

We are hiring a Wine Data Entry Specialist to help inform what our unrivaled wine team sources by entering wine critic scores – as soon as they’re released – and prices into a Google Sheet. This role will report directly into an Advanced Sommelier, who has run some of Napa Valley’s top wine programs.

Primary responsibilities include:
– Navigate and log into wine critic websites once new scores have been released
– Enter wines, producer, and critic scores above 92 into a Google Sheet for a selection of regions and varieties
– For domestic wines, navigate to the winery’s website and enter the SRP into a Google Sheet
– Navigate to Wine Searcher and enter average price, low price, and high price for that wine into the Google Sheet

Given that the work will be conducted as critics release their scores, there are no set days and times for this role; rather, the work needs to be conducted as the scores are released. That said, while the majority of this work will be conducted on future forward releases, the project will begin by having this individual add historical data by critic and region.
