We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the first point of customer contact for all billing, Sales, and Tech Support issues for our Wireless Internet Service customers. As this position has constant customer interaction, a combination of a sense of humor and interest in helping solve customer issues is a must. We are looking for people who can be a part of a great team and help in our commitment to an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities: *Provide excellent and friendly customer service via phone, email, and chat. *
• Provide incoming SALES SIGNUPS including:
-Assist residential customers with signing up for services via automated sales software.
-Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
-Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities.
-Upselling products and services.
• Provide tier 2 TECH SUPPORT including:
-provide technical support to Internet customers for Wireless, Dial-up, DSL, Email, etc.
-Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
-Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
-Managing multiple cases at one time.
• Provide basic BILLING SUPPORT including:
-Providing status of account (Current, past due, on hold, etc).
-Taking payments over the phone.
-Assist customer in how to self-manage account over the internet.
-Explain and enforce company billing procedures.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Must be able to speak and write in English at an advanced level.
• The ideal candidate will have little to no accent.
• Excellent Keyboarding skills, minimum of 50 wpm.
• Must be capable of providing explicit instructions either via telephone, written communications, or through live chat.
• Must be detail-oriented and not easily distracted.
• Must be able to maintain professionalism in stressful or busy situations.
• Spoken Spanish is a plus.
We are looking for someone to work Saturday – Wednesday from 8:00am PDT to 5:00pm PDT.
