Wix Velo Expert Required: Credit/Token Based Subscription Feature

Project Overview:
To enhance our platform’s convenience and value, we are looking for a skilled Wix developer to create a credit/token-based membership service. This service will allow users to purchase activity tickets using credits/tokens, thereby simplifying their activity booking process and fostering community engagement.

Skill Requirements:
Proven experience with Wix Velo code, setting up database, custom functionality implementation
Strong understanding of web design principles, user experience, and SEO.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Creativity and an eye for design aesthetics.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Project Description / Task List:
1. Subscription-Based Credit Allocation:
Implement three subscription tiers with varying credit/token allocations.
Automatically allocate credits/tokens to users based on their chosen subscription tier on a monthly basis.

2. Custom Expiry for Credits/Tokens
Enable users to accumulate credits/tokens over time with a custom expiration date.
For example, if a user purchases 10 credits every month, these credits should have a 3-month expiry date, allowing them to accumulate unused credits.

3. User Wallet in Member Area
Create a user-friendly wallet within the member area.
Display the user’s available credits prominently upon login or in the header.
Ensure that the available credits dynamically update as users spend or top up their credits.

4. Event Pricing with Credits/Tokens
Modify our platform to price events in credits/tokens, not just in pounds or other currencies.
Enable users to seamlessly purchase event tickets using the credits/tokens available in their wallet (e.g., 10 credits = £10).

5. Credit Top-Up Feature
Implement a user-friendly feature allowing users to top up their credits at any time.
Each subscription tier should have a distinct price for topping up credits.

6. Database Establishment
Create a robust database system to:
Track and manage user credit/token balances.
Record credit/token purchase and usage transactions, providing a transparent transaction history.
