As a language course author, polyglot, and developer, I sell my own language web app on my Elementor-Funnelkit-Woocommerce-Wordpress website.

I need a customer service agent for Woocommerce, especially subscription products. By service I mean both presales and support, via email and live chat. You’d join my other 2 assistants. They’ll train you.
However, mine is a small business and there are not enough orders or support requests to keep you busy full-time only with customer service, so I’ll ask you to do admin support, research or general productivity tasks, too.

== Requirements

* I need smart people who can figure out things by themselves.
* You must have vast experience with Woocommerce and WordPress. You don’t need to be a developer, but you must have an understanding of how these two work. It’s not only about being polite in emails. I appreciate a technical background, but you should also be nice enough to deal with customers.
* Knowledge of digital marketing and email marketing is a plus.
* At least for customer support, you should be able to cover weekends (usually less than 1h/d).

== Conditions

* I pay once every other Monday via Wise. Transaction fees and forex fees on me.
* You’ll use Traqq time tracker with screenshots.
* You don’t need to be available all the time unless we schedule a briefing. A daily report is enough.
* You’re free to manage your time. You may take days off, but they’re not paid.
* This is a long-term position. My other 2 assistants have been with me for 2 years. I have also fired many more after days or weeks due to low quality and poor work ethic.
* I’m not looking for beginners. I expect skills and knowledge.
* We’ll keep in touch on Slack and Clickup.
* I’ll draft a simple contract to avoid misunderstandings.
* You’d start right after my selection is done, i.e. a week or so from now.
