WooCommerce:
– API connections
– Developing new plugins and functionalities in WooCommerce
– Suggestions, adding and adjusting plugins
– Thank you message: Creating and optimizing a compelling thank you message for customer interactions.
– Thank you confirmation page: Developing a user-friendly confirmation page for a seamless customer experience.
– Improving UX (User Experience): Analyzing and implementing improvements to enhance user experience, including navigation, site speed, and responsiveness.
– Fixing bugs: Identifying and resolving any technical issues or bugs that may arise on the WordPress website
– Implementing intuitive user interfaces and optimizing user flows.
ZOHO:
1. Email Management/Preparing Offers manually – add leads to ZOHO CRM and track progress:
25 inboxes to receive inquiries
Integration with Outlook for email management
Ability to respond to emails from CRM or Outlook
Automatic creation of customer records in CRM when sending an offer
Storage of email conversations in CRM with attached offers
Prepare offers either in e-ra?uni or in ZOHO and send them to the customers

2. Reminder Automation:
Automatic reminder emails are sent in 7-10 days if the customer doesn’t pay or confirm the offer
Customizable reminder message (e.g., “Are you still interested?”)
3. Claim Management:
The form on the website for customers to open claims
Ability to upload videos demonstrating the problem
Access to uploaded videos by technicians
Communication options between technicians and customers (chat, video chat, text)
Ability to book an appointment onsite
4. Multilingual Support:
Ability to send offers in all EU languages
Localization features for customer-facing content
5. Loyalty Program:
Track customer spending
When a customer spends 1000€, store 3% of the amount on the customer’s account
Allow customers to use the stored amount on future purchases once they spend over 1000€ again
6. Truck Management:
Integration with logistic companies for transport inquiries
Ability to send inquiries to multiple logistic companies for transport offers
Store and manage transport offers in the system
Select and assign a logistic company for transporting pallets
Share delivery notes and pickup/delivery addresses with the selected logistic company
7. Shipment Tracking and Notifications:
Integration with DPD tracking or similar service
Automatic email notifications to customers when the ordered product is shipped
Real-time tracking information is available for customers to monitor the shipment status
8. Get Offer:
Implement the Get Offer functionality
