WooCommerce Store-Manager / Product Management

I am Kevin — CEO & Founder of multiple Online-Stores. We are on the lookout for a talented and dedicated Store Manager for our WooCommerce Online-Shops. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical skills with a keen eye for engaging product presentations. Primary Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Utilize ClickUp and Slack for organizing and managing all shop-related projects and tasks.
2. Product Management: Add new products, create compelling product descriptions, and manage product reviews to enhance customer experience.
3. Marketing and SEO: Implement and monitor marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO).
4. Email Marketing: Develop and execute newsletter campaigns using FluentCRM to engage and retain customers, track campaign performance, and optimize based on analytics.
5. Communication: Maintain effective and clear communication with the business owner and other team members to ensure consistent operations.
6. Translation: Use ChatGPT for translating copy, product descriptions, and all other content.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

1. Expertise in WooCommerce: Minimum of 1 year managing WooCommerce shops.
2. Knowledge in WordPress & Related Tools: Proficient with WordPress, Cartflows, Spectra, Gutenberg, Astra, FluentCRM, RankMath SEO, and ChatGPT.
3. Ability to Manage Multiple Shops: Skilled in handling and managing multiple shops with a similar setup.
4. Project Management Skills: Experienced with project management tools like ClickUp and Slack.
5. Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO and comprehensive email marketing strategies using FluentCRM to boost traffic and sales.
6. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
7. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
