Your Role

As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.

You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:

– Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
– Bi-weekly All Team meetings
– Monthly reviews

About the Client:

Our diverse and experienced team has experienced, first-hand, what it’s like to work in a fast-growing business and have helped hundreds of SMB businesses reach their growth goals through brand growth.

We are seeking a highly-skilled WordPress and HubSpot Developer to join our team. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting WordPress sites, handling client communication and customer service, and ensuring smooth operation and development within HubSpot.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and maintain WordPress site maintenance for up to 100 sites.
– Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly, providing ongoing maintenance for the sites hosted on our server.
– Utilize knowledge of WordPress page builders and block editors, including Divi and Elementor, to effectively manage and troubleshoot sites.
– Handle client support tickets for WordPress sites.
– Utilize a dedicated HubSpot seat to manage and develop CMS projects.
– Update customer records in HubSpot pipeline.
– Communicate with clients to understand their needs and resolve issues efficiently.
– Ensure excellent customer service and support to maintain high client satisfaction.
– Ensure all HubSpot development meets certification standards and best practices.
– Working hours are M-F Central Time Zone and must be available for weekend emergencies

Requirements:

– Basic understanding of JavaScript
– Basic understanding of back-end development fundamentals
– HTML and CSS Expertise
– Basic understanding of Hubl (HubSpot coding) and PHP
– Basic understanding of technical search engine optimization, Google Analytics and Google
– Search Console
– Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
– Experience with Figma
– Knows how to build pages in the CMS from wireframes and high-fidelity designs
– Reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Word, Teams, ticket systems, and project management systems
– HubSpot CMS certification can be optional but should be willing to be certified.
– Proven experience with WordPress website development and maintenance.
– Strong troubleshooting skills for a variety of software.
– Ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Excellent customer communication and service skills.
– Familiarity with WordPress page builders and block editors such as Divi and Elementor.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively..

Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):

– $1700 to $1900 depends on experience
– 13th month pay
– Performance-based bonuses
– Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
– Annual continuing education budget to support professional development
– Start date: August 5, 2024
