WordPress and SEO Expert & General Helper

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive WordPress/SEO expert to assist in the development and optimization of a real estate website focusing on off-plan properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WordPress website management, SEO best practices, and a keen eye for detail.

At the moment we are just starting off so we need to get the site built. We need to build the WP site and then do SEO on it, and build backlinks. I’m looking for someone who has experience with both WordPress site building (we can use a template) as well as SEO knowledge preferably.

When submitting your application, please show example sites you have built before in WordPress. We mostly need to start off by customizing our site and template to a competitor. Hosting is already setup.

After that part is done we need to focus on building PBNs and getting good domains for PBNs, etc. As well as link building from web 2.0s and competitors’ links. Thus we need someone with both knowledge in WordPress as well as SEO (link building, PBNs, blackhat and white hat, and on-page SEO is a given obviously.)

Responsibilities:
Customize and manage our WordPress website using the chosen theme (e.g., Real Homes, WP Residence, or Houzez).

Implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and website traffic.

Monitor website performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Update website content and layouts to improve user experience and engagement.

Collaborate with the me to ensure that the website aligns with brand standards and business goals.

Perform regular keyword research and optimize content accordingly.

Manage back-end services including plugin management, site speed optimization, and security enhancements.

Requirements:

Proven experience with WordPress website development and management would be good, or at least you can build the site with me and help with everything.

Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.

Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Yoast SEO, etc.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Knowledge of current web development technology and standards.

Preferred:
Previous experience in real estate websites or similar industries.
Knowledge of additional SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Graphic design skills and proficiency in image editing software.

Job Details:

Part-time role: 20 hours per week.

Remote position.

Competitive salary based on experience.

Payment:
Prefer you take payment through USDT (crypto), but we can discuss other options as you like. Hours can vary depending on how much work we need to do, so it could be full time at first or even for a while, but I imagine eventually the workload would level off to part-time – but it just depends on the project. Hence timeproof is required.
