We are looking for a creative and skilled WordPress and WooCommerce Web Designer to join our growing team (experience in Shopify is a bonus).

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly WordPress websites from concept to completion.
2. Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and translate them into exceptional website designs.
3. Develop and customize WooCommerce-based online stores, ensuring smooth integration with other third-party applications.
4. Create and maintain website documentation, including design guidelines, wireframes, mockups, and site maps.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website performance, functionality, and compatibility across various browsers and devices.
6. Optimize websites for search engines, ensuring adherence to SEO best practices.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and continually enhance your skills and knowledge to contribute to the team’s growth.
8. Participate in project planning, progress meetings, and design reviews, providing valuable input and feedback.

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field is a bonus, but if you can demonstrate work at the standard we need, that’s fine as well.
2. 3+ years of experience in designing and developing WordPress websites, including experience with WooCommerce.
3. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, as well as experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or other design tools.
5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
8. Basic understanding of server administration and website hosting.
