Position: Assistant Manager with STRONG WordPress Experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and attentive Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and assist in monitoring the work of our developers, content creators, and SEO specialists. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are on schedule, reviewing work for quality, and assisting in managing the day-to-day operations of our digital services team.
Key Responsibilities:
Task Monitoring: Oversee and monitor the progress of tasks assigned to developers, content creators, and SEO specialists, ensuring high-quality results.
Quality Assurance: Double-check the quality of work delivered, ensuring it meets our high standards and client expectations.
Scheduling Management: Ensure that project schedules are adhered to and deadlines are met, proactively addressing any delays or bottlenecks.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing workflows and processes, contributing to increased team efficiency.
WordPress Management: Assist in managing and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.
Collaboration: Foster a positive team environment by coordinating with team leads and providing support as needed.
Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Client Communication: Occasionally assist with client communication, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or assistant management role, preferably in a digital services company.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in WordPress and a strong understanding of web development, content creation, and SEO practices.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring all work delivered meets the highest standards.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues proactively and implement effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and a willingness to support team members
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Experience is a Plus: Previous experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
SEO Knowledge: A foundational understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
