WordPress Content Publisher – US-Based Technology Startup

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a WordPress Content Publisher. This full-time role involves publishing up to 15 blog posts daily on WordPress. The content will be provided, but the ideal candidate will be responsible for reformatting, posting pictures, checking grammar, and finalizing the posts to meet our quality standards. The role requires excellent technical and attention to detail skills. as using WordPress and validating the provided content is an essential component of the job. Additionally, the candidate is expected to provide an end-of-day report detailing the completed posts.

Responsibilities:
Reformat provided content to match the blog’s formatting guidelines.
Insert appropriate images and graphics using Canva and other tools as necessary to enhance the posts’ visual appeal.
Conduct grammar and spell checks to ensure the content is error-free.
Utilize basic ChatGPT skills for content optimization and enhancement.
Publish 15 to 20 posts daily on WordPress, ensuring each post meets the established quality standards.
Manage time effectively to meet daily publishing targets, with diligent use of time tracking tools.
Provide detailed end-of-day reports on completed posts, including any challenges faced and how they were addressed.
Participate in provided training sessions to meet the job’s requirements and improve performance continuously.

Requirements:
Proven experience with WordPress, including familiarity with its editor and posting blogs
Basic knowledge of HTML to tweak blog post formats.
Proficiency in using Canva to create and edit images.
Understanding of basic ChatGPT functionalities for content enhancement.
Excellent command of the English language, including grammar and spelling.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Willingness to undergo training to meet the specific needs of the role.
