Position Overview:

As a WordPress Design and Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of web design and development projects. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for our development team. Your expertise in WordPress, combined with your project management skills, will ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scope Definition: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and objectives. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate a team of web designers, developers, and content creators to execute projects effectively. Ensure clear communication among team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

WordPress Design and Development: Utilize your expertise in WordPress to contribute to the design and development process. Provide guidance on best practices, themes, plugins, and customizations.

Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing and quality checks on deliverables to ensure they meet the project requirements and adhere to industry standards.

Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact with clients, keeping them informed of project progress, addressing their concerns, and managing their expectations.

Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential roadblocks and challenges during project execution and devise effective solutions to keep the project on track.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in WordPress, web design, and development. Implement best practices and improvements in project management processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a WordPress Developer and/or Project Manager in web design and development projects.
Strong proficiency in WordPress, including theme customization, plugin integration, and troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality and deadlines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Job Details:

– Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Philippine time)
– Fulltime, Work from home/anywhere
– Salary: Php 45,000 – 65,000, negotiable depending on experience and skills
