Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced WordPress Designer from the Philippines to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of WordPress, and the ability to create visually appealing and highly functional websites.
Responsibilities:
– Design and develop custom WordPress websites based on client specifications
– Collaborate with the team to ensure the design aligns with the client’s brand and objectives
– Customize WordPress themes and plugins as needed
– Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO
– Conduct website testing and debugging
– Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a WordPress Designer or similar role
– Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
– Strong experience with WordPress CMS, including theme and plugin development
– Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
– Excellent understanding of responsive design principles
– Strong portfolio showcasing previous WordPress design projects
– Good communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment
– Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with page builders such as Eliminator or WPBakery
– Familiarity with SEO best practices
– Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
– Knowledge of web hosting and domain management
