**Who Are We Looking For?**
Seeking a motivated, and intelligent full-time or part-time experienced WordPress builder & designer. Must have experience with designing websites. Please provide examples of designs you have designed yourself, and/or designs provided to you that you have built.
Must be flexible and adaptable, willing to learn and do new things. This is a long-term position, we are looking for the right person to keep for a long time. The position is for 20-40hr weekly.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
– Receive and complete tasks from the project manager
– Create designs for new websites based on example designs
– Build designs with WordPress and visual page builders
– Responding to support requests from clients, and modifying existing websites.
– Ideal work hours are afternoons and nights in EST
– Navigating WordPress. Changing Settings, or making changes as needed.
– Help to update and create documentation
– Using various plugins, and updating settings. Learning how to use new plugins via documentation, videos, or experimentation will be required
– Communicating with the team the status of your work
– Daily report on progress during the work week via email
– Weekly Meeting
**Requirements**
– English Fluency
– Reliability and integrity
– Responsive: Quick with email and chat communication
– Understanding of WordPress
– Experience creating custom designs
– Experience using various plugins, especially page builders
– Strong Organizational Skills
– The ability to teach yourself how to do things by using Google and following how-to guides
**Preferred Extra Skills [not required]:**
These skills would be useful, but they are not needed or could be learned along the way.
– HTML and CSS proficiency, using CSS to modify designs
– any PHP experience, and/or using snippets to modify designs
– Custom Plugin development
– Woocommerce experience
– SEO experience
– Project Management Experience
– Graphic design
– Any other advanced plugin knowledge, or advanced WordPress customization
– Server management
