WordPress Designer/Developer

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with our project team to create responsive WordPress websites and landing pages that prioritize speed and simplicity to boost conversions.
* Leverage your expertise in HTML and CSS to develop and optimize pages within our Split One system, adhering to proven design principles that enhance user experience.
* Create development environments for proper website design/development
* Craft landing pages that are strategically designed to drive conversions, focusing on delivering straightforward and compelling content.
* Conduct meticulous testing to ensure websites and landing pages load quickly and perform seamlessly on various devices.
* Utilize best practices in web design, SEO, and user experience to build pages that meet performance and conversion objectives.
* Work with plugins and integrations to add functional elements to websites and landing pages as needed.
* Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and support for client’s WordPress sites
* Collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to align page development with conversion goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS, showcasing your ability to create efficient and streamlined web pages.
* Proven experience with WordPress, and a strong understanding of responsive design principles.
* Familiarity with PHP, MySQL, and basic server management for WordPress customization and troubleshooting is a plus.
* Highlight any experience with popular page builders and plugins. Please include your familiarity in your application
* Prioritize straightforward design that focuses on clear communication and conversion optimization.
* Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and clients.
