Position: WordPress Administrator & SEO Specialist

Location: Remote

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

WordPress Management:

Ensure the smooth running of our WordPress websites, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Oversee plugin updates, theme customizations, and website enhancements.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to maintain the brand’s visual identity online.
SEO Strategy & Execution:

Develop, implement, and optimize SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
Perform regular keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to increase rankings.
Monitor and analyse website analytics to gauge SEO performance and devise improvement strategies.
Content Optimization:

Collaborate with content creators to optimize content for SEO.
Implement meta tags, headings, internal linking, and other on-page SEO elements.
Technical SEO:

Ensure site speed optimization, mobile optimization, and overall website health.
Coordinate with the development team to fix technical SEO issues.
Stay Updated:

Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest SEO and WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in WordPress administration and SEO.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
Strong understanding of search algorithms and ranking methods.
Experience with page builders like Elementor or WPBakery is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English.
