We have an excellent reputation for service and delivery and have solid processes, delivery framework and automated tools and are now looking to scale by acquiring new Care Plan customers and increasing revenue from our existing customer base.

We have a business strategy based on 2 types of work & customers:

• Higher-end, complex WordPress sites, API integrations, custom development, and technical solutions for larger business customer
• Brochure-style websites, WordPress management plans and similar services. These lower-tier services are designed for small businesses, startups and entrepreneurs and are purchased online and delivered using standardised delivery and support methods.

To support business growth, we are currently expanding our Philippines-based team.

Working as a WordPress Developer, your role will be to support our growing customer base with WordPress websites, provide support and technical problem management and assist with the development of internal tools and platform integration to allow us to scale through automation.

*** You Need ***

• Strong knowledge of WordPress and PHP troubleshooting
• 3+ years’ experience in PHP/WordPress development
• Ability to work with PHP/CSS/JavaScript to add customization to websites
• Experience in editing functions file to expand website functionality
• Proficiency in building sites with Elementor
• A solid understanding of CPT and dynamic data
• Expertise in WordPress management, plugins, performance, security and troubleshooting
• Interest in keeping up with the current trends and technologies of today
• Work Flexibility– no 2 days are the same, you might have a different task the next day or the same, who knows?
• Attention to detail. Able to spot mistakes and not afraid to point out to the team to work out a solution

• Based in the Philippines, with good verbal and written English
• Able to solve problems and suggest solutions often unsupervised
• Set up with a professional working environment, fast and reliable internet connection and video calling setup
• Comfortable discussing solutions and progress on video calls
• Keen to learn and a have natural curiosity to develop solutions to improve day to day work through automation
