Position Overview:
At Video Marketing, the WordPress Devloper is integral to our online strategy. Your role will be pivotal in creating, maintaining, and optimizing our WordPress sites, crafting an exceptional user experience through high-quality design and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development: Conceptualize, design, and develop new website features, plugins, and themes in alignment with the company’s needs.
Optimization: Guarantee optimal site performance and user experience by continuously enhancing speed and functionality.
Maintenance: Ensure the regular update of website content and troubleshoot any functional issues or bugs.
Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our marketing and design teams to guarantee that our website matches our branding guidelines and meets campaign objectives.
Security: Regularly implement and update security measures to safeguard the website.
Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in WordPress and web design.
Integration: Integrate essential third-party applications, plugins, and tools, especially WooCommerce.
Quality Assurance: Systematically test the website across different browsers and devices for optimal functionality.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in front-end technologies, including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
In-depth knowledge of WooCommerce is a must.
Familiarity with WordPress builders, specifically Breakdance or Oxygen Builder.
Understanding of PHP back-end development.
Experience in responsive and adaptive design techniques.
Comprehensive understanding of SEO principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure scenarios.

Preferred Skills (not mandatory but a plus):
Solid experience in WordPress development, especially in custom theme and plugin development.
Basic competency with Adobe Suite for image manipulation, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
