### Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated WordPress Developer to join our team on a full-time, 3-month contract basis. The position offers the possibility of transitioning to part-time work after the initial contract period. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and managing WordPress sites, particularly in the home service industry, with a preference for roofing industry experience.

### Key Responsibilities:

– **WordPress Development:** Develop and manage WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, availability, and managing all technical aspects.

– **Template Creation:** Design and build templates for local city pages, service pages, and other necessary website components.

– **Scalability:** Implement scalable solutions for various service areas (e.g., Click to view/baltimore, Click to view/baltimore/inspection, Click to view/baltimore/repair) and replicate these templates across different cities.

– **Client Onboarding:** Assist team in the onboarding of 6-8 new roofing clients, ensuring their websites meet their specific requirements.

– **Collaboration:** Work closely with a copywriter to ensure content is seamlessly integrated into the website design and structure.

– **Self-Management:** Work independently with minimal supervision, taking general direction and executing tasks efficiently.

### Requirements:

– **Experience:** Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, particularly in the home service space. Roofing industry experience is a significant plus.

– **Technical Skills:** Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. Experience with Elementor, WordPress plugins, themes, and customization.

– **SEO Knowledge:** Understanding of SEO best practices and how to implement them in WordPress sites.

– **Problem-Solving:** Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on the fly.

– **Communication:** Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with the copywriter and other team members.

– **Availability:** Must be available to start immediately and commit to full-time work for the initial 3-month contract.
