WordPress Developer

WordPress Developer Position:
We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating and
modifying WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming
skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element
placement, UX, and the visual flow of a website). The candidate should have a strong
understanding of industry trends and content management systems, with an emphasis on
customizing WordPress themes and working with page builders like Elementor.

Key Responsibilities:
? Designing and implementing new features and functionality on WordPress.
? Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture.
? Ensuring high-performance and availability, managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
? Working closely with the design team to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
? Customizing WordPress themes and plugins to meet the needs of our business.
? Ensuring the website is responsive and follows the latest web standards.
? Optimizing the website for maximum speed and scalability.
? Performing routine site audits, as well as ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
? Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues for WordPress sites.

Skills and Qualifications:
? Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
? Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,
jQuery.
? Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
? Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN).
? Experience designing and developing responsive design websites.
? Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
? Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style
across platforms and browsers.
? Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages.
? Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML).
? Strong understanding of PHP and MySQL.
? Experience with Elementor page builder.
? Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
