Job Description:
As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PHP, as well as front-end technologies, including CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
Responsibilities:
* Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins.
* Perform admin duties like maintaining existing WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
* Collaborate with team members to implement and maintain website functionality and policy compliance.
* Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
* Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise with WordPress websites.
* Keep the data secure
* Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role.
* Strong understanding of PHP and WordPress theme and plugin development.
* Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
* Experience with responsive design.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Nice to have:
* Knowledge of UX best practices.
* Familiarity with web accessibility standards and practices.

What Kalicube Offers:
Work Arrangement: 100% remote, 40 hours a week
Starting Salary: €100 to €140/week (depends on experience), paid weekly
Career Growth: Opportunities for long-term growth within the company
Salary Review: Twice a year performance evaluation (June and October)
Paid Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation after 12 months
Bonus: 13th-month bonus, prorated
