Position Overview:
As a Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications and websites. You will work closely with our design and project management teams to bring our clients’ visions to life and ensure an exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-End Development:
Translate design mockups into responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Implement interactive features and animations to enhance user engagement.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices.
Back-End Development:
Work closely with designers and project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Testing and Debugging:
Conduct thorough testing of web applications to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
Implement testing frameworks and write unit tests to ensure code reliability.
Continuous Learning:
Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices.
Share your knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in web development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and one or more server-side programming languages.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
