WordPress Developer and Web Assistant

We are looking for a talented and proactive all-around WordPress Developer and Web Assistant to join our team. This position will primarily focus on developing, updating, and maintaining WordPress themes and plugins, doing online research to create content, performing WordPress and web-related experiments, creating new HTML/Bootstrap templates from scratch, and managing content in WordPress.

The successful candidate will also occasionally reply to comments or customer support requests, work with AI writing tools and automation tools to help with content creation and article writing, perform keyword research, and set up Integromat/Make automation scenarios.

Responsibilities:
– Develop, update, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins (creating them, not using them)
– Do online research to create content
– Perform WordPress and web-related experiments (e.g. testing different plugins to review which one is the best, speed tests, etc)
– Create new HTML/Bootstrap templates from scratch
– Occasionally reply to comments or customer support requests
– Work with AI writing tools, APIs and automation tools to help with content creation and article writing
– Perform keyword research
– Set up Integromat/Make automation scenarios
– Manage content in WordPress and update articles
– Create scraping and automation scripts for outreach and data gathering

Requirements:
– Strong experience in WordPress development and web design
– Perfect written English (C1/C2)
– Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
– Experience in creating and modifying WordPress themes and plugins
– Ability to perform online research and data analysis
– Familiarity with AI writing tools and automation tools
– Good understanding of SEO principles and keyword research
– Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. We offer a performance-based pay, with opportunities for bonuses and raises based on the quality of work produced.
