Overview:
We are seeking a skilled WordPress developer to implement a custom MLS (Multiple Listing Service) plugin for our real estate website. The plugin should seamlessly integrate with WordPress and provide advanced search functionality, property listings management, and other essential features required for a real estate website.
Responsibilities:
Develop and customize a WordPress plugin to integrate MLS functionality into our website.
Implement advanced search filters to allow users to search for properties based on various criteria such as location, price range, property type, etc.
Ensure smooth integration of MLS data into the website’s database and display listings in a visually appealing and user-friendly manner.
Implement features for property listing management, including adding, editing, and removing listings.
Ensure the plugin is optimized for performance and compatibility with different WordPress themes and plugins.
Ensure smooth integration of MLS data into the website’s database and display listings in a visually appealing and user-friendly manner.
Test the plugin thoroughly to identify and fix any bugs or issues that may arise during development.
Provide documentation and support to assist with the maintenance and future updates of the plugin.
Requirements:
Proficiency in WordPress development, including plugin development and customization.
Experience working with MLS systems and integrating MLS data into WordPress websites.
Strong understanding of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with real estate websites and knowledge of common features and requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with other team members remotely.
Nice to Have:
