Muskoka Design Company is seeking a WordPress Developer/SEO analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing client websites using Elementor, and must have knowledge of SEO best practices. In this role, you will be developing based on designs provided by our design team, or, if you have experience designing, we can work that in as well. Most projects will include a Site map and layout to work off of. You will also be responsible for implementing keywords, H tags, and meta-tagging. The candidate should have expertise and experience in WordPress development, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities:
Developing websites for clients based on designs provided by the design department or your own designs
Initializing the SEO setup, including keyword implementation, H tags, and meta-tagging
Answering client inquiries and keeping in touch with clients
Following up on social media comments and messages
Keeping track of finances and expenses
Supporting the Owner/Director and the Operations Manager with various administrative tasks
Requirements:
Expertise and experience in WordPress development
Experience with Elementor
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
