The WordPress Developer & Video Editor is a key support position on the technical team for Dr. Roseann.
Dr. Roseann is a mental health trailblazer, founder of The Global Institute of Children’s Mental Health and Dr. Roseann is “Changing the way we view and treat children’s mental health.” FORBES magazine called her, “A thought leader in children’s mental health”.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of web development experience using WordPress, has CSS and HTML coding experience, and 3+ years of audio / video editing experience (editing short online videos, social share videos, and educational content for online channels like YouTube / Vimeo / blogs preferred). Knowledge of using Adobe platforms, and Canva is important!
This position requires working closely with our Marketing Team: Marketing Director, Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media Manager & Direct Response Copywriter.
You will be responsible for maintaining the website, troubleshooting problems, adding and tagging blogs, integrating our website with other tech tools, design pages, add plug-ins, write html code, and support WooCommerce.
Will also be delivering high quality video. Must meet your own deadlines, while working cohesively with your team, is essential to the success of this position.
The WordPress Developer and Video Editor manages and maintains the website, creates and edit marketing videos for Dr. Roseann including setting up workflow for the recording, editing, managing audio or video editing for landing pages, and supporting the optimization of all online content for search.
** MUST have experience creating brands for clients & building assets based on existing branding guidelines and experience with digital marketing.
** MUST possess a strong attention to detail and time management skills, and be an organized team player.

The ideal candidate must:
> Show competency in website design, development and maintenance using WordPress and Elementor.
> Experience with WooCommerce
> CSS and HTML coding experience
> Website troubleshooting
> Build out and maintain pages
> Set up blogs
> Strong visual web and graphics design skills
> Show competency in videography principles from scripting through final editing and show proficiency with branding
guidelines using Adobe CS and video motion software such as Premier Pro, Motion, and/or After Effects, Premiere and
Final Cut Pro in an Apple Mac environment.
> Have digital marketing experience to support the need for creating social media snippets and video mashups
> Pre-visualize and/or storyboard shot ideas based on scripts or project outlines
> Perform non-linear editing using Final Cut, Adobe Premiere and designs after effects as needed including motion graphics,
layout, and animation
> Be able to select and use music to match the tone & style of episode/ story
> Create various types of audio/video to tell stories across multiple platforms
> Ability to mix different media into a complete experience (video, graphics, music).
> Experience in typography, color, composition, key framing & title design.
> Be detail-oriented and possess a sophisticated editing style
> Be able to follow step-by-step polishing checklists and instructions
> Ability to work with a team directly in edit sessions to assess needs and meet project requirements.
> Properly maintain digital archive, follow naming protocols, organize assets
> Have experience working in a fast-paced environment on weekly deadlines
> Provide your own video and audio equipment
Job Responsibilities Include:
> Ensure the website is secured and functional at all times. Manage the overall look and performance of our website, as well
as troubleshooting
> Implement website enhancements and corrections to achieve and support marketing goals.
> Maintain high quality brand, using creativity to achieve level of excellence
> Play a highly collaborative creative role in structuring new ideas and managing production website enhancement and video
creation projects to completion
> Edit online content for social and including podcast episodes, storytelling videos, and how-to videos
> Create and produce marketing videos and PR videos, as needed
> Sourcing photos, stock video and audio as needed for projects
> Edit and upload footage and maintain video logs and media storage
> Create motion graphics for video
Compensation:
Php 50,000-60,000 pesos/ month depending on skills and experience plus benefits (internet allowance, HMO, 13th month pay, paid holidays) for candidates who pass the probationary period.
