Job Description

We are a globally diverse team offering website-related services, including design, development, support, and SEO to our clients primarily in the UK, USA, and Canada. We are looking for an experienced WordPress Support and Development agent to join our dedicated team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to work in our WordPress development and support department. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in website design and support services. This position requires a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving and improvement of our processes.

Responsibilities:

*Coordinating projects by setting timelines, creating milestones, and communicating with internal teams and clients.
*Reviewing completed tasks and designs to ensure compliance with the scope of work (SOW) and client requirements.
*Conducting research and compiling data for projects and reports.
*Addressing customer inquiries and issues professionally and promptly.
*Ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects in collaboration with internal and external teams.
*Providing WordPress development, troubleshooting, and support services.

Requirements:

*Proficiency in written and spoken English, capable of clearly documenting and reporting on projects.
*Solid project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time.
*Strong customer service skills and a record of excellent service delivery.
*Previous experience in website development and support industries.
*Familiarity with online tools such as Slack, and . (Training will be provided if needed)
*Knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other software tools.
*Availability to work between the hours of 12pm – 8pm in CET (Central European) timezone.
*Quick learner with the ability to effectively grasp and remember new information.
*Expertise in WordPress, including page addition and editing, and use of page builders like Elementor.
*Proficient in CSS And HTML.

Desired Experience:

*Prior experience in website development and support etc.
*Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
*Positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
*Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
*Ideally have PHP skills
