We’re looking for a remote Lead Graphic Designer to spearhead our design team, bringing innovative ideas to life through compelling visuals and animations.
Responsibilities:

– Implement web designs with precision across various industries using Oxygen and Elementor builders.
– Code design elements for compatibility and responsiveness, customizing functionalities with plugins as needed.
– Collaborate closely with the design team to transform UI/UX designs into fully functional websites.
– Optimize websites for SEO and loading speed, applying on-page best practices.
– Manage cPanel for website development, including subdomain creation, WordPress installation, and PHP updates.
– Utilize Cloudflare for DNS management, redirects, and page rules setup.
– Diagnose server utilization issues, optimizing or deleting files as necessary.
– Continuously update skills and knowledge in web development and optimization practices.
Qualifications:

– Minimum 3 years of professional experience in web development, with expertise in CSS, HTML, PHP, and JavaScript.
– Proficiency in using Oxygen Builder and Elementor Builder for WordPress.
– Experience with cPanel management, including creating development sites and managing server issues.
– Skilled in using Cloudflare for DNS management and website optimizations.
– Strong understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization for user site load times.
– Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
– Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with remote teams and hosting companies.
Work Schedule & Holidays
– All of our team members work a split shift so we can communicate on pertinent tasks or have team meetings as needed with the US leadership.
– As a company, we observe all US holidays, as well as PH public holidays (New Year’s Day, Lunar New Year, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Bataan Day, Labour Day, Philippines Independence Day, National Heroes Day, Bonifacio Day, Feast of the Immaculate Conception, Christmas Day, Rizal Day). We work hard, and value time with our families.
– After 90-day probationary period, all team members qualify for leave with proper notice based on employee handbook regulations
