Job Description

Looking for Multiple Freelancers.

We are a WordPress support, development, and design company. We have a small team who operate remotely around the world. We help take care of clients in the UK, USA, Canada and Europe.

We are looking for multiple experienced and reliable WordPress Web Developer/troubleshooting/support team member for our WordPress agency for an ad-hoc position.

We will pass you tasks as and when we need your assistance. This may be 1 per week, 5 per week or more. We completely understand if you don’t have availability for some of the tasks, that’s why we’re looking for multiple people.

This will suit freelancers who have existing clients but have spare capacity they would like filled without having to constantly search for, and apply to other jobs.

This position will suit someone who works quickly and accurately and who can document their work.

High level experience with WordPress frontend and backend develoment, PHP, Javasscript, CSS/HTML, eCommerce (specifically Woocommerce) is necessary. We work on simpler sites using page builders like Elementor and custom sites with no page builders.

We are NOT looking for an experienced designer, however, it is beneficial if you can do that, or at least have an eye for design – understanding the basics of what looks good and what doesn’t with an ability to implement that.

The scope of work will be WordPress website development, troubleshooting issues, adding or enhancing new features, constructing new, or updating existing WordPress websites, adding features, fixing things that are broken and so on.

Required skills:

* Working with existing WordPress websites and themes (custom and non custom)
* Troubleshooting (plugin conflicts, woocommerce issues, payment gateways, permission issues, slow sites, cPanel operation, general things that go wrong that a good developer can see and fix in reasonable time with minimal disruption)
* Editing and enhancing existing WordPress themes
* Creating custom Websites and WordPress themes and child themes
* A good understanding of Plugins that will enhance particular websites
* Strong Pagebuilder skills, specifically Elementor, WP Bakery, DIVI, Avada and more
* Strong HTML skills
* Strong CSS skills
* Strong PHP skills
* Javascript
* Ability to provide realistic time estimates for tasks

Understanding of eCommerce, specifically Woocommerce sites and the ability to build them, add features and troubleshoot is not required but would be an advantage.

Other skills that would be an advantage:
Knowledge of memberpress
Knowledge of LMS systems
Creating written and video guides for your team and clients where required
Written and spoken English Level C1 or above
Clean documented code

**If you only have some of the skills mentioned above, you can still apply. We are looking for multiple freelancers, so that allows us to be flexible if you are great in certain areas but not others**
