You will work with a team of designers and developers to play a crucial role in creating and maintaining our websites delivering exceptional web solutions. You understand what being responsive means, having attention to detail entails and have an accountability mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
-Website Development: Develop WordPress Pages (and eventually Websites once you have more experience) using Divi themes, ensuring they are responsive, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
-Theme and Plugin Customization: Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements, including creating custom themes and plugins when necessary.
-Content Management: Manage and update website content, including text, images, videos, and other media, to ensure accuracy and relevance.
-Performance Optimization: Implement best practices for website performance, including page load times, SEO, and security enhancements.
-Troubleshooting: Promptly identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and compatibility problems to ensure uninterrupted website functionality.
-Cross-browser and Cross-device Compatibility: Ensure websites are compatible with various browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
-Collaboration: Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to seamlessly integrate design elements, user experience improvements, and marketing initiatives.
-Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to identify and rectify issues before websites go live + recurring monthly tasks for maintenance (performance reports, updating plugins, syncing live sites with development sites, and QA testing)
-Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of website development and customization processes.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related IT field (preferred).
-WordPress Development and Maintenance
-Divi theme experience
-Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
-Proficient in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, WHM/cPanel
-Knowledge of WordPress core, themes, and plugins.

Enablers:
Must have computer / laptop (min i5 Processor) + Microsoft Office in good working condition + no brownouts and or options to manage when this occurs (our clients still expect support and service) + internet capable of running smooth video calls + can-do attitude + comfort with daily video calls
