We are seeking a skilled and experienced WordPress/E-commerce Web Developer to join our innovative team. Responsibilities:

WordPress Development: Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

E-commerce Integration: Implement and customize e-commerce solutions, such as WooCommerce, to create robust and user-friendly online shopping experiences.

Theme Development/Updates: Customize WordPress themes to align with project requirements and design specifications. Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Plugin Integration: Evaluate, install, and configure WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality and meet client requirements.

Collaboration: Work closely with design and content teams to bring creative concepts to life. Collaborate with other developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of websites to identify and address issues related to functionality, performance, and security. Implement best practices for web development.

Client Support: Provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to enhance website performance and functionality.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects, including coding standards, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Qualifications:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development, with a focus on WordPress and e-commerce platforms.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
Strong experience with WordPress, including theme customization (frontend development).
Expertise in e-commerce platforms, especially WooCommerce and Shopify.
Familiarity with responsive design principles.

Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in coding, testing, and documentation.

Adaptability: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Willingness to adapt to new tools and techniques.

Other Requirements:

• Must have a stable internet connection.

• Must have a suitable workspace in your home. It can be anywhere in or outside your home as this is a Work-From-Home, Work Anywhere setup. We just want to make sure you’re comfortable in your chosen workspace with minimal distractions.

• Must have a backup internet (mobile data is fine) primarily for team communications in the event of connectivity issues.
