About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced WordPress Elementor Designer/Specialist to join our team on a project basis with the potential for part-time or full-time employment. The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of WordPress web design, specifically with Elementor, and have a comprehensive understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping and maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of our client’s websites.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design and develop responsive, engaging WordPress websites using Elementor.
-Customize WordPress themes and plugins to match client specifications.
-Develop and maintain website architecture following best practices.
-Conduct website testing to ensure optimal performance across various devices and browsers.
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website layout, functionality, and performance.
-Collaborate with team members to design user-friendly interfaces.
-Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Proven experience with WordPress and Elementor.
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Understanding of best practices for website speed and performance.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Familiarity with SEO principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Terms & Conditions:
This is initially a project-based role with the potential to transition into part-time or full-time remote employment.
Working hours are flexible but should align with the team’s time zone for at least 1 hour per day or more.
Compensation:
Compensation will be on a project basis initially, transitioning to a competitive salary package (including benefits like health insurance and paid vacation) upon moving to a part/full-time role. Further specifics will be discussed during the interview process.
