**What You’ll Do:**
– Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins using your mastery of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Use your artistic flair and Elementor Pro prowess to construct gorgeous, user-friendly websites from designs primarily in Figma and XD.
– Team up with our designers to ensure the final website design aligns perfectly with our clients’ expectations.
– Enhance website performance to ensure our sites are super-fast and secure.
– Troubleshoot and solve any WordPress or Elementor Pro issues like a tech superhero.
– Keep up with the latest in WordPress and Elementor Pro to continually elevate your game.
– Solve various technical tasks and issues as they relate to our clients website needs.

**Who You Are:**
– You’ve got a proven track record as a WordPress expert, especially with Elementor Pro.
– Your skills in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are top-notch.
– You’ve created custom WordPress themes and plugins that are nothing short of magical.
– You know the ins and outs of website optimization (think caching, image optimization, and minification).
– You’re familiar with Git and other version control systems.
– Team player? That’s you. You’re ready to collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers.
– You solve problems smoothly and pay attention to every little detail.
– Your communication skills are stellar, and you can discuss technical stuff in fluent English.
– You can work independently and own your projects.

**Nice-to-Have:**
– Experience with WooCommerce and other WordPress e-commerce plugins.
– Knowledge of other website builders like Shopify, Squarespace, etc.
– A sense of humor that makes working together fun and approachable.
