WordPress / Elementor / WooCommerce Tasks and Development

Seeking candidates for a position involving making routine updates to a number of WordPress sites utilizing Elementor and Elementor Pro, WooCommerce and several different types of plugins including YOAST, Shipping plugins for WooCommerce, Woo Tax, Monster Insights etc.

Please note: This position is for daytime in the United States. Only apply if you are able to work during the night time in the Philippines. The hours for this position are from Midnight to 8:00am Manilla time zone. This can be slightly flexible by 1 hour. But this IS a nighttime position Manilla time.

This position will involve updating multiple websites using Elementor and WooCommerce, updating plugins, adding content and images, implementing video and image backgrounds, adjusting overlays and ensuring that websites are responsive and mobile friendly.

It is a MUST that you have experience using Elementor and are very familiar with WordPress. You will be given daily tasks, and asked to maintain excellent communication in English throughout each work day. You will work with a project lead, and also have a list of daily tasks but will also have random tasks that are assigned based on client requests. Your project lead will assign you all tasks and instructions. Once tasks are completed you will be responsible to update your team lead via email and or through a CRM. This position is for someone who enjoys working on websites, and can utilize their design skills, yet can also work on simple tasks such as adding products or updating page content, updating images, building online image grids galleries and more. Again, the tasks are sometimes random, and although we provide a list of tasks each day, there WILL be random tasks that takes place often. This will require someone with a positive attitude and great communication to work with our team. Poor attitude and non willingness to work on all assigned tasks means you will be let go.

Example tasks:

– Installing themes and importing demo data
– Formatting content and images throughout a website. Including grids, background images, image overlay and text, creating and adding buttons etc..
– Familiar with and able to update graphics in Canva (basic skills required) We provide the Canva account.
– Header and Footer formatting
– Ability to update PDF’s
– Creating blog posts, and adjusting the blog format on a per project basis (we provide the content)
– Updating menu/navigation links and designs
– Adding products in WooCommerce including attributes, and shipping
– Adding new pages using Elementor, Elementor pro
– Fixing responsive issues using Elementor and Elementor pro
– Updating WordPress plugins and WordPress Core
– Importing fonts, images, text and media from one WordPress website to another
– Many more related tasks.
