WordPress Front-End Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented WordPress Front-End Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and customizing websites using the Avada theme for our clients. Your expertise in WordPress development, front-end technologies, and design will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, visually appealing, and responsive websites.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Development: Build and customize websites using the Avada theme, ensuring they meet client requirements and design specifications.

2. Front-End Coding: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.

3. Theme Customization: Customize the Avada theme to achieve unique and engaging designs while maintaining theme updates and compatibility.

4. Responsive Design: Ensure that websites are fully responsive across various devices and screen sizes.

5. Optimization: Implement SEO best practices, optimize website performance, and ensure fast loading times.

6. Cross-Browser Compatibility: Test and ensure compatibility with multiple browsers and troubleshoot any issues.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and content creators to deliver integrated solutions. (if required)

8. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.

9. Documentation: Maintain documentation for code, customizations, build specifications, maintenance procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a WordPress Front-End Developer, with a strong portfolio building websites using the Avada theme or similar themes.
2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
3. Expertise in WordPress, including theme customization and plugin integration.
4. Experience with responsive web design principles.
5. Knowledge of SEO best practices.
6. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
7. Strong researching skills.
8. Excellent attention to detail.
9. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
10. Graphic design skills (preferred but not required).
11. Must have your own computer and internet access to connect to development/production environments.
12. Strong time management skills.
13. In tune with modern design looks, principles and standards.
14. Experience with other web content management systems such as Drupal, Joomla, Magento, WordPress an asset.

Education and Experience:

1. Web Development, Application Development certification.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in WordPress front-end development.

Preferably from living in Batangas or Laguna area
